Cinnamon Raisin No Bake Protein Bites

These are a scrumptious yet relatively healthy combination of chocolate no bake and cinnamon raisin cookies. Make some cinnamon raisin granola ahead of time and preparation is super quick. Michael loved these so much he shared them with his co-workers who felt the same way!
Adapted from a recipe by lapuremama.

Servings: 16
Total time: 5 minutes

Ingredients:

1 c chocolate whey protein powder (vegan - soy)
6 T water
2 1/2 c granola with raisins
1/2 c chocolate chips (vegan - carob or non-dairy chips)
3/4 c creamy peanut butter
1/4 c honey (vegan - agave nectar)

Directions:
Line an 8x8 or 9x9 inch baking dish with foil.

In a small bowl, combine protein powder and water. Mixture will be thick and creamy.

In a medium bowl, combine granola and chocolate chips.

In a 2 or 4 c glass measuring cup, combine the peanut butter and honey/agave. Microwave on high for 30 seconds or until softened.

Add the protein powder and water mixture to the peanut butter and honey/agave. Then pour it over the granola. Stir to combine. It's important to work quickly here so the mixture stays pliable.

Pour the mixture into the baking dish and level off. Chill covered in the fridge for one hour. Cut into 16 squares or bars.
