Garlic Breadsticks

Came up with this recipe just before a late night trip to the store. We wanted warm flaky pizza crust but didn't want to go through all the trouble to make one.
Servings: 4 (2-3 sticks each)
Total time: 15 minutes

Ingredients:
3-4 T olive oil
1 garlic clove, minced
1 can thin rectangular pizza crust (or make your own)
1 T Parmesan cheese
1 egg white, whisked until frothy
3/4 cup marinara or ranch dressing, optional

Directions:
Heat the olive oil in a small pan over medium heat. Add the garlic and cook until slightly brown, then remove from heat. Spread the pizza dough out onto a baking sheet. Using a pastry brush, spread the oil and garlic mixture over the dough. Sprinkle on the Parmesan. Fold the dough in half, creating a long rectangle. Again using a pastry brush, spread the egg white over the top of the dough. Bake according to the pizza crust directions. Remove from the oven when the top is golden brown. Slice into sticks. Dip into marinara or ranch sauce if you want!
